Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

  2. The client expressly waives their standard terms and conditions, even if they are prepared after these standard terms and conditions for sale. For any exceptions to be valid, they must be expressly agreed upon in writing in advance.
  3. Our invoices are due within 21 business days, unless a different payment timeframe is indicated on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, secureplus reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on the remaining amount due. secureplus will be entitled to suspend any provision of services without prior notice in the event of payment delays.
  4. If there is a payment due more than sixty (60) days after the due date, secureplus reserves the right to engage the services of a debt collection agency. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  5. Some countries apply a withholding tax on the invoice amount, according to their internal regulations. Any withholding tax will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can secureplus be involved in costs related to the regulations of any country. Therefore, the full amount due on the invoice will be owed to secureplus and will not include any costs related to the regulations of the country in which the client is located.
  6. Secureplus commits to making every effort to provide effective services in a timely manner according to the agreed-upon timelines. However, none of its commitments can be considered a guarantee of results. Secureplus cannot, under any circumstances, be required to appear as a third party in the context of any claims for compensation made against the client by an end consumer.
  7. To be accepted, the claim must be reported to secureplus by a letter sent via registered mail to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of goods or the provision of services.
  8. All our contractual relationships will be exclusively governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
